Terms of Service

1. Overview & Agreement

By using this store or buying any virtual items for the UnstableFFA server (unstableffa.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with these terms, please do not make a purchase.

2. Payment Processing & Tebex Terms

All checkout and payment handling on our webstore is powered by Tebex Limited (acting as our official merchant of record).

When you buy something on our store, your payment is processed directly through Tebex, and you are subject to the Tebex Terms and Conditions.

Any checkout issues, payment processing queries, or chargeback disputes are handled in coordination with Tebex.

3. Virtual Goods & In-Game Delivery

All purchases are for digital, cosmetic, or virtual items for use exclusively within the UnstableFFA Minecraft network.

• Items, ranks, and gems are delivered automatically to the Minecraft username provided at checkout upon payment confirmation.
• Purchasing a rank or perk does not exempt you from our server rules.

4. Account Responsibility

Double-check your Minecraft username and platform (Java vs. Bedrock) before completing checkout. UnstableFFA is not responsible for items delivered to the wrong account due to a user error.

5. Server & Gameplay Changes

To keep UnstableFFA balanced and enjoyable for everyone, we reserve the right to rebalance, tweak, or update in-game ranks, kits, and perks at any time.
