Because our items are digital and delivered immediately in-game upon checkout, all purchases are non-refundable. By completing a transaction, you agree that you are receiving instant access to virtual goods and waive any right to a cooling-off period or refund.
2. Chargebacks & Disputes
All payments are handled through Tebex Limited, our merchant of record. Opening an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or payment provider violates these terms.
- Consequences: Initiating a chargeback will result in an immediate, permanent ban across all UnstableFFA servers, web services, and Tebex stores. Any active ranks, cosmetics, or perks will be immediately revoked.
3. Server Bans & Rules Violations
Breaking our server rules (e.g., cheating, exploiting, or severe harassment) will result in moderation action up to a permanent ban. Getting banned or muted does not entitle you to a refund, compensation, or transfer of rank to another account.
