Legal & Policies

Official store guidelines, purchase conditions, and security commitments.

1. Terms of Service

By completing any purchase on the UnstableFFA store, you agree to comply with all server rules. All digital items, ranks, and gems are delivered automatically in-game upon transaction confirmation.

Having a donor rank does not exempt you from moderation action (including mutes or bans) if unfair advantages, cheats, or toxic conduct are detected.

2. Privacy Policy

We only collect essential data required to fulfill orders (your Minecraft in-game username, platform, and transactional ID).

All payments are processed securely through certified payment gateways. We do not store or process sensitive credit card numbers directly on our infrastructure.

3. Refund Rules

Due to the nature of intangible digital goods and instant automated in-game provisioning, all completed transactions are final and non-refundable.

Attempting chargebacks or payment fraud will result in an automated permanent network-wide ban and IP blacklist across all UFFA services.
